The Giants on Thursday Jan. 9, 2019, will announce a 20-year agreement with the Oracle, a Redwood Shores-based technology company to affix its name to their waterfront ballpark in San Francisco.

There is nothing that matters more than our collective health and wellbeing.

We are currently hosting events at Oracle Park and our other venues in accordance with all state and local guidelines. For these programs and as we look ahead to the future of events and hospitality, we have implemented full-scale enhancements to our already robust Health & Safety procedures.

The San Francisco Giants are proud to announce that Oracle Park has achieved Global Biorisk Advisory Council ® (GBAC) STARTM accreditation, the gold standard for prepared facilities. Under the guidance of GBAC, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, the San Francisco Giants have implemented the most stringent protocols for cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention in its facility.

As the cleaning industry’s only outbreak prevention, response and recovery accreditation. GBAC STARTM verifies that Oracle Park executes best practices to prepare for, respond to and recover from outbreaks and pandemics. As we review all aspects of experiences at Oracle Park, this GBAC STARTM accreditation is an important first step to assure our employees and guests that we have proven systems in place to maintain clean and healthy environments.
