Payment Plan

In order to reserve a date for the use of one of our venues, a 50% deposit must be paid at the time the contract is signed. The deposit will be deducted from the total bill at the time of settlement. The full balance is due seven days before the event.


Our venues are available for rent during non-game days during the MLB season and during the off-season. Please contact us for a schedule of available dates and times or visit our Contact Page and fill out a Request Form.


We can provide the necessary insurance for your event. Rates vary with venue, size, duration and nature of the event. If insurance is obtained by other means, a certificate of insurance is required for at least $2 million for property damage and bodily injury.
